Wall Street Analyst Reiterates Buy Rating and $5 Price Target for Actelis Networks

Litchfield Hills Research recently reiterated its Buy rating for Actelis Networks (NASDAQ: ASNS)* with a price target of $5.00 per share. The report followed the Company’s recently announced financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. With the stock currently trading around $0.72, this price target implied substantial potential upside of approximately 594% from the current price.

Litchfield’s analyst remains confident in Actelis Networks’ long-term growth potential despite near-term challenges. Their valuation model reflects expectations for significant revenue expansion and improving profitability over the coming years.The report highlights that Actelis Networks is currently trading at a significant discount to peers. If the company were to trade at the simple average of its peers at 3.85x 2026 Market cap/sales, the share price would exceed $6.00, above their current price target.

According to the analyst, when comparing Actelis Networks to the simple average of its peers, the shares are selling at a discount on sales measures ranging from 89% to 91%. This significant undervaluation presents a compelling opportunity, according to the report.

Looking ahead, the report forecasts that Actelis Networks could reach sustainable breakeven in Q4 2026 at approximately $4.5 million per quarter in revenue. The analysts forecast substantial potential growth in 2026 to $15.4 million, representing more than 100% year-over-year increase.

Actelis Networks is positioned in three key multi-billion dollar markets: Federal/Military, IoT/Smart City/Transportation, and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU).
