An artificial intelligence-powered advertising technology company has established its new headquarters in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Xnurta, which specializes in helping brands optimize their advertising on major e-commerce platforms, has secured over 5,500 square feet of office space in the One Bellevue Center building.
The company’s new location at 411 108th Avenue Northeast positions it strategically near several Amazon office facilities in Bellevue. With 17 Seattle-area employees according to LinkedIn data, Xnurta is expanding its physical presence as part of a broader growth initiative that includes opening a new office in London’s business district.
Xnurta CEO Kashif Zafar highlighted the strategic importance of the expansion, noting that “retail media is the fastest-growing channel in advertising, and the adoption of AI is compounding that growth.” He emphasized that the new locations in both Bellevue and London would enhance client support, strengthen the company’s partnership with Amazon, and accelerate the deployment of AI solutions to brands and agencies globally.
The company, which began operations in 2018 under the name Xmars before rebranding to Xnurta in January 2025, operates under the SparkXGlobal corporate umbrella. Their technology employs artificial intelligence to handle real-time bidding processes for programmatic advertising, making over 2 million bidding decisions daily across Amazon and Walmart’s platforms.
A key component of Xnurta’s offering is their Amazon Marketing Cloud Hub, which provides brands with enhanced data analytics capabilities. The company has attracted notable clients including Lenovo, Anker, and Greenworks, leveraging its AI Copilot technology to optimize advertising performance across major e-commerce marketplaces.
The new headquarters space, located on the seventh floor of One Bellevue Center, represents a significant milestone in Xnurta’s evolution from a startup to an established player in the digital advertising technology sector. The expansion reflects the growing importance of AI-driven solutions in retail media advertising and positions Xnurta to better serve its expanding client base while maintaining close proximity to key technology industry partners.
